Paul Munster's goal helps Linfield beat Coleraine at Windsor Park
Paul Munster's 33rd-minute goal proved enough to give Linfield victory and leave Coleraine still seeking their first point in the Carling Premiership.
Munster hooked the ball in from the edge of the six-yard box after being set up by Peter Thompson.
Coleraine had their chances with Gareth Harkin miscuing in front of goal and Paul Brown seeing a header saved by Blues keeper Alan Blayney.
Peter Thompson was just wide for Linfield after going through.
It is a second win in a row for David Jeffrey's champions after a stuttering start to their title defence.
They are in fourth, two points behind 100% Cliftonville, but Coleraine are three points adrift at the bottom of the table and have yet to score a goal in the league.
