Andy Hamilton scored Dungannon's opener in Tuesday's game
Dungannon Swifts moved into fourth place in the Carling Irish Premiership table by defeating Lisburn Distillery at Stangmore Park.
Following a poor first half, all the excitement came after the break as Andy Hamilton put the Swifts ahead 30 seconds after the restart.
Timmy Adamson doubled Dungannon's lead with a 51st-minute header.
Glenn Ferguson pulled a goal back for Distillery on 85 minutes and Neil Gawley missed a late equalising chance.
Gawley should have earned the visitors a point but he headed wide from pointblank range.
Hamilton celebrated his return to Stangmore Park after a spell at Coagh United as he raced clear to put the Swifts ahead after Adamson had controlled an Alvin Rouse clearance and played a superb pass to the striker.
Adamson extended Dungannon's lead by heading home Marc McCann's cross on 51 minutes.
Ferguson gave Distillery hope with his 85th-minute goal by blasting home from 16 yards after taking a pass from Gawley.
Gawley should have earned the improving Whites another valuable league point but he headed his glorious chance wide in the closing minutes.
