Willo McDonagh's two goals help Glenavon defeat Newry City 3-0 in Friday's Carling Irish Premiership encounter
Glenavon have moved top of the Carling Premiership after a comfortable victory at the Showgrounds on Friday night.
Trevor Molloy put the vistors ahead on 22 minutes when his free-kick flew past static Newry goalkeeper Andy Coleman.
The second came in the dying seconds of the first half with Willo McDonagh firing low past Coleman.
McDonagh completed his double in the 73rd minute with a close-range strike after Cullen Feeney cleared a Paul Carvill free-kick off the line.
The win takes Marty Quinn's side two points clear of Crusaders.
