Linfield work hard for a 1-0 home win over Ballymena.
Mark Miskimmin's fine 75th-minute strike was enough to give Linfield a badly-needed win against Ballymena.
The 21-year-old was one of three men sent on by David Jeffrey after a below-par first half from the Blues.
Linfield could have been ahead just before the break but United keeper Dwayne Nelson did well to tip over a spectacular volley from Philip Lowry.
United had a late chance to level but former Glentoran star Darren Lockhart sliced wide from about eight yards.
