Stuart Thompson's own goal with nine minutes left gave Coleraine victory over the managerless Whites.

David McClements lobbed Philip Matthews to put the Bannsiders ahead after four minutes but Gary Browne equalised with a free-kick on 23 minutes.

A half-time floodlight failure led to a 25-minute delay at the Showgrounds.

Distillery were on course for just their second point of the season when Thompson diverted a Darren Boyce cross into his own net.

Whites striker Glenn Ferguson was carried off after nine minutes because of an ankle injury and Browne was his replacement.

It was the first game in charge for Distillery caretaker managers Harry Fay and Tony Gorman.
