Tony Grant gets the vital goal as Glenavon beat Dungannon 3-2
Tony Grant struck an 83rd-minute winner to move Glenavon up to second place in the Carling Premiership table.
Glenavon had stormed into a two-goal lead in the first half thanks to a low drive from James Costello and a thumping shot by Ryan Harper.
But Timmy Adamson nipped in to poke the ball past keeper Andrew Plummer and Michael Ward then shot the equaliser.
In the second half Adamson saw a shot and a header come off the woodwork before Grant got the decisive score.
He snapped up a rebound after Swifts keeper Alvin Rouse had failed to hold a first shot.
Glenavon had the better of the first half and could easily have been more than two up as Costello flashed a couple of shots wide.
Dungannon, after fighting back to get level, had their tails up in the second period.
As well as Adamson's chances, Ward fired over from a decent position.
