Chris Morgan has been a consistent goalscorer in the Irish League

Chris Morgan will be playing for Newry City for another season after agreeing a new deal with the JJB Sports Premiership club.

The 33-year-old former Linfield and Glentoran striker impressed for Gerry Flynn's team last season and ended the campaign as top scorer with 19 goals.

Ross Black has also pledged his future to City with the defender signing a new two-year contract.

However, striker Tony Anderson has been released by the club.
