Kelbie put Ballymena in front on 53 when he rounded Michael Doherty and slotted in after strike partner Neil Teggart dipossessed Declan Divin.

Ruairi McClean was sent-off after 78 for retaliating to a challenge.

Doherty denied Kelbie early in the game while Blayney then blocked John O'Loughlin's angled drive.
