Andy Smith scored Portadown's second goal of the game
Andy Smith scored twice as the Ports won the Mid-Ulster derby at Mourneview.

Kevin Braniff and John Convery had chances for Portadown and David Bracken an opportunity for Glenavon before a Gareth McKeown goal after 41 minutes.

McKeown shot into the top right hand corner for a stunning strike and soon after Stephen Magennis went close.

On 46 Smith volleyed in Braniff's cross from a tight angle eight yards out and then on 83 lifted the ball over Tuda Murphy from Peter Kennedy's pass.

Early in the game Braniff hit the post for the Ports and Convery headed over from a free-kick.
