The Ports moved above Newry into sixth in the Carnegie Premier League after a superb comeback win at Shamrock Park. City edged the first half and Paul Prigent (55) toe-poked the visitors ahead before Richard Clarke (63) fired home to make it 2-0.
Kevin Braniff (71) launched the fightback with a header and Aaron Haire's (77) close-range strike brought the sides level.
Andy Smith burst through before netting the winner two minutes later.
