 Pat McCourt had to retire injured for Derry City |
Derry City played out an uninspiring scoreless draw against UCD in Friday night's Eircom Premier League clash at the Brandywell. Pat McCourt blazed over the bar from close range early on for Derry while Conor Sammon had a shot blocked by Pat Jennings before half-time for UCD.
City striker Kevin McHugh was wide with an effort in the second half.
The Candystripes lost both Pat McCourt and Ken Oman through injury within the first half hour of the game.
