Loughgall moved a point clear of bottom spot after this Carnegie Premier League draw at Suffolk Road on Monday. Celtic made a good start with Paul McVeigh having a header and shot saved but it was Loughgall who took the lead against the run of play on 43 minutes.
Brian Pentland was upended by Pat McAllister in the box and debutant Andrew Uprichard converted the penalty.
McVeigh levelled from the penalty spot in the 54th minute after Chris Guiney's foul on Anthony Lagan.
