 Peter Kennedy scored the first goal for Portadown |
Second-half goals from Peter Kennedy and Wesley Boyle gave Portadown an important win over Donegal Celtic. Kennedy's opener on 64 minutes was a cross from the right which was caught by the wind before drifting over Celtic goalkeeper Declan Browne.
Three minutes from the end substitute Wesley Boyle made it 2-0 for Ronnie McFall's side with a 20-yard screamer.
In the first half Kennedy sent an early shot wide while Anthony Lagan was off target for the west Belfast outfit.
