David Scullion was on target in Dungannon's 2-1 victory |
Second-half goals from Mark McAllister and David Scullion gave Dungannon victory in the Mid-Ulster derby. The Swifts netted the first goal on the break after 53 minutes with Scullion feeding McAllister who scored.
Dungannon should have gone 2-0 up when they got a penalty for a foul on Scullion but Rory Hamill's penalty struck an upright and was cleared.
Scullion did get the second from J P Gallagher's cross while Paul Walsh got one back for Glenavon near the end.
