Marty Verner has agreed a new one-year contract deal with Glenavon. The striker scored 18 goals for the Lurgan Blues in the recently-finished campaign and was voted as the Harp Player of the Month for April.
Verner scored the crucial late goal against Limavady which ensured Glenavon's Premier Division status for next season.
The striker took the decision to stay with the club after holding talks with Glenavon officials.
