Glentoran matched their Daily Mirror Irish Premier rivals with a narrow victory thanks to an early Darren Lockhart strike at the Showgrounds. The Glens, though, are still in second spot alongside Linfield, two points behind leaders Portadown.
Glentoran grabbed their goal in the fourth minute when Lockhart took advantage of a defensive mix-up.
Coleraine finished with 10 men when Gary Haveron was sent off five minutes from time after two yellow cards.
