H & W Welders of the First Division pulled off the shock of the Nationwide Irish Cup sixth round when they knocked out senior side Lisburn Distillery. The east Belfast side won 2-1 at New Grosvenor on Tusday, three days after after drawing 1-1 at the same venue.
Chris Towell, who scored a penalty in the first meeting, got the opener again when he flicked in after 16 minutes.
The Welders went two up when veteran Tom Cleland fired a 20-yard free-kick past keeper Philip Matthews.
Lisburn Distillery pulled a goal back with just three minutes left when Conor Hagan tapped in from a Francis Murphy cross.
But it was too late for the Whites and the Welders went through to meet Ballymena United on 5 March.
