Mark Dickson of Larne missed a first-half penalty |
Larne are still seeking their first league win of 2005 after battling out a 0-0 draw at home to Lisburn Distillery. Jimmy McGeough's side had a chance to make the breakthrough after just nine minutes when they got a penalty for Paul Moore's foul on Mark Dickson.
But Dickson, who had scored in each of Larne's last three games, put the spot-kick over the crossbar.
Distillery came closest in the second half when Conor Hagan's shot deflected off Paul Curran and on to the crossbar.
Larne remain 10th in the Irish Premier League standings with Paul Kirk's Lisburn Distillery still fifth.
