Cliftonville have been knocked off the top of Group Four in the CIS Cup after failing to crack 10-man Lisburn Distillery at Solitude.

The Whites had Ryan McCann red carded on 55 minutes after tempers flared and players got involved in a melee.

Earlier, Distillery had taken the lead on 33 minutes when Francis Murphy headed in after Reds keeper Paul Straney had saved his first effort.

Keith Mulvenna scored Cliftonville's goal just before half-time.

The home skipper beat Philip Matthews with a low shot from the right edge of the penalty area.

Dungannon now lead the group on seven points, unbeaten Cliftonville have six, with Distillery third on five.
