Kelbie to make Ballymena switch
Ballymena manager Tommy Wright
Ballymena manager Tommy Wright is poised to sign Kelbie
Ballymena United boss Tommy Wright is set to sign Kevin Kelbie from Glentoran in a one-year deal.

Wright hopes to have the 20-year-old former Glasgow Rangers youth player in his squad for Tuesday night's CIS Cup away clash against Newry City.

The Sky Blues are third in Group Two with just two goals in three games.

Kelbie, who joined the Glens on a short-term deal last month, can play in midfield or attack with Wright intending to use him as a striker.

The former Alloa player was offered a contract at the Oval after impressing during a trial period.
