Pat McAllister took a cut in wages to stay at the club |
Coleraine skipper Pat McAllister has signed a new two-year contract with the club.
The 31-year-old midfielder, who led the team to the Nationwide Irish Cup last month, has agreed to take a cut in wages as part of the club's latest cost-cutting initiative.
Defenders Gerry Flynn and Paul Gaston, along with midfield pair Stephen Beatty and Ian McCoosh have all re-signed for manager Marty Quinn.
McCoosh has agreed a 12-month contract while the others are, like McAllister, on two-year deals.
Meanwhile, Glenavon boss Wylie has also been busy in agreeing a one-year deal with teenager Brian Mallon.
The 18-year-old was a target for a umber of clubs, but Wylie has convinced him that his future is with the Lurgan Blues.
