The defender, who has turned down a new one-year contract at Fulham, told BBC Sport Wales that he has a few options and refused to rule out a move to the ambitious Division Two side. However, his favoured option would be to remain in the Premiership and he is hopeful that his club will come back with an improved offer. "I want to stay at the highest level possible," said Melville. "It's a massive year for me and for Wales. I want to make sure I stay as Wales' first-choice centre back." The 34-year-old played for Fulham in last weekend's win over Aston Villa, but he has been in and out of the side. Melville is ready for the challenge posed by Bosnia in Wednesday's friendly at the Millennium Stadium. "It's a big game. We need to be positive and keep our unbeaten run going." | Top Wales stories now: Links to more Wales stories are at the foot of the page. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
