David Healy has been out of favour at Sunderland this season
David Healy has been left out of the Northern Ireland team for Saturday's friendly against Serbia.
It's the first time Healy has been dropped for a home game at Windsor Park since his international career started in February 2000.
Healy, out of favour at Sunderland, is on the bench with Warren Feeney partnering Kyle Lafferty up front.
Jonny Evans, George McCartney and Chris Brunt also earn starts after missing the 0-0 draw in the Czech Republic.
The team shows five changes from that game with Ryan McGivern and injured Gareth McAuley dropping out of the defence.
Brunt replaces the Grant McCann in midfield with Lafferty and Feeney taking over from Healy and the injured Damien Johnson.
Healy appears to have paid the price after having only a combined 45 minutes of first team action with Sunderland this season.
It's the first time in nearly five years that Healy has not started a Northern Ireland game when he has been available for selection.
Lafferty scored on his last outing, which was the 1-1 draw in Poland in September, while Feeney was also on target in his last two competitive Northern Ireland outings last March against Poland and Slovenia.
Serbia will use the Windsor Park friendly as the start of their build-up to the World Cup finals.
They pipped France by a point to win Group Seven and secure automatic qualification.
