Hellenic League sides Thame United and Old Woodstock Town are through to the second qualifying round of the FA Cup.
Thame shocked Southern League Thatcham with a 1-0 away win and will now travel to Poole Town.
Old Woodstock Town won 3-2 at Bitton and will face either Hamble or Wooton Bassett in the next round.
Banbury lost 2-1 at home to Chippenham, with the victory for the Wiltshire side being the third over the Puritans in the competition in three years.
Neighbours Oxford City are also out after a 1-0 defeat to Mangotsfield at Court Place Farm.
Brackley Town and Didcot Town will require replays to progress further in the competition. Didcot were held to a 0-0 draw at Cirencester while Brackley drew 2-2 at Warwickshire side Leamington.
