York City will make at least one change for their FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie at home to Mansfield Town this weekend.

Peter Holmes has returned to Rotherham after his loan spell ended, leaving a place to fill in midfield.

Nottingham Forest have given the Stags permission to field goalkeeper Paddy Gamble and striker Emile Sinclair.

Sheffield United have also given Mansfield the go-ahead to name defender Max Chanot.

Both Steven Hogg and Onome Sodje played 60 minutes for York's reserves in midweek as they continue their recovery from injury and the pair could come into Walker's thinking.

It's a good cup tie with the opposition and I'm sure the players are looking forward to it

York boss Colin Walker told BBC Radio York: "The choice [in midfield] is Mark Greaves, who hasn't played for a couple of games, and Simon Russell.

"I've only got one change, I think, but we'll have to wait and see."

The game brings former York City manager Billy McEwan back to Kitkat Crescent for the second time this season and Walker is looking forward to taking on his Mansfield side again.

"It's the very first FA Cup tie I've ever been a manager of so I'm really looking forward to that.

"I didn't have many successes as a player but I think it's always a competition that you want to get as far as you can in.

"We have one win and we go in the draw with the likes of Leeds United so you're hoping and wishing for that because it helps with the money.

"Its a tie we want to win, a tie we're looking forward to and hopefully the punters will come and enjoy it.

"It's a good cup tie with the opposition and I'm sure the players are looking forward to it."
