Braintree boss Lee Patterson could not contain his anger after losing 4-0 to Kingstonian in the FA Cup on Saturday.
Patterson was left fuming after the Iron were eliminated by a side who play two leagues below them.
"I don't think disappointment describes how I feel - [it's] more anger and disbelief," he fumed.
"I try to take the rap and take the pressure away from the players as much as I can, but I'm finding it difficult to withhold anything I'd like to say."
He added: "Possibly six or seven players have just failed to turn up.
"We'll have them in for extra training, because that is the least they can do.
"My personal opinion is they should donate their week's money to the club, because I think it was an absolute disgrace."
Kingstonian currently top the Ryman Division One South, while Braintree Town lie 16th in the Blue Square South.
