Oxford City have been reinstated in the FA Cup after an appeal to the Football Association was upheld.
A hearing on Friday ruled Bracknell, who beat City in the first qualifying round, fielded an ineligible player.
City chairman Brian Cox told BBC Oxford: "You don't want to win a game or be put through like this but that's what's happened.
"We were awarded 3,000 for the game and we made a quick decision that we will share the money with Bracknell."
He added: "I think that is a fair gesture in the circumstances."
The FA hearing found Bracknell player Chris Geary had not had international clearance having previously played for a club in Wales.
Oxford will now face Tiverton Town at Court Place Farm on Saturday, 27 September.
