Truro City could face a Cornish derby with Falmouth Town in the preliminary round of the FA Cup.
The two will meet if Falmouth can beat Shaftesbury in the extra preliminary round on Saturday 16 August.
Falmouth would host Truro on Saturday 30 August if they progress, with a tie at home to Yate Town in the first qualifying round awaiting the winners.
A total of eight sides from the South West Peninsula League have been accepted to enter the FA Cup.
SWPL champions Bodmin Town travel to Devon side Elmore, who were 16th in Western League Division One last season.

Saltash United, who were runners-up in the SWPL last season, travel to Dorset side Gillingham Town, while there is a Devon derby as SWPL side Tavistock go to Western League side Ilfracombe Town.
Wadebridge Town, who won SWPL Division One West last season, go to Willand Rovers.
Three Cornish SWPL Premier sides have been given home draws in the extra preliminary round.
Two of them face sides from Dorset as St Blazey host Hamworthy United and Launceston take on Sherborne Town, while Liskeard Athletic host Larkhall Athletic.
