Champions Bodmin Town will open up next season's South West Peninsula League campaign at home to Holsworthy on Saturday 9 August.
Newly-promoted Wadebridge Town, who won Division One West last season, have a daunting first game as they go to last term's runners-up Saltash United.
The other promoted side, Division One East champions Newton Abbot, host Cornish side St Blazey.
The first game, on Friday 8 August, sees Buckland Athletic host Dartmouth.

On paper the game of the opening weekend will take place at Plymouth Parkway.
The Devon side, who finished third last season, will host Falmouth Town who ended the season in fourth.
Cullompton, who finished bottom of the table, host Tavistock while Clyst Rovers, who finished just above them, have a tough task as they face last season's fifth-placed side Launceston on the opening day.
Witheridge, whose form over the past three months of last season saw them move from the bottom end of the table to ninth, go to Torpoint Athletic in the first game.
Bodmin will face Saltash in the annual curtain raiser, the Charity Bowl, at Buckland Athletic on Sunday 3 August.
