Greek fans have been left in a spin by Lisbon's buskers |
Buskers and street musicians never like to let an opportunity to boost trade pass them by. And they were quick to make as much as possible out of the Greek fans in Lisbon on Saturday.
Listening to the Greek fans singing, the buskers started playing along to the tune and found themselves surrounded by the blue and white fans.
For the purposes of business all loyalty towards Portugal was briefly put to one side as they cashed in.
Portugal boss Luis Felipe Scolari was viewed with great suspicion by the host nation prior to Euro 2004.
And Portugal's opening group game defeat to Greece, who Scolari's side meet in Sunday's Euro 2004, only served to deepen that suspicion.
But the former Brazilian coach is now very much flavour of the month.
So much so that bill posters stuck on bus stops around Lisbon are calling for him to be made a minister.
