Eastbourne Borough have completed the signings of Gary Charman, Sonny Cobbs, Clark Masters and Carl Rook.
Twenty-two-year-old left-back Cobbs, a former Brighton trainee, joins from Sussex neighbours Lewes.
Goalkeeper Masters, 24, made 25 appearances for Barrow last season while 28-year-old striker Carl Rook joins from Dartford.
Midfielder Charman has signed for the Blue Square Bet South side after making more than 500 appearances for Horsham.
Meanwhile goalkeeper Rikki Banks, defender Gary Elphick and winger Matt Crabb have all signed new one-year deals with the Priory Lane side.
