Haughmond beat Ellesmere Rangers Reserves 3-2 to win the Shropshire Premier League and deny Rangers the title.
Captain Tom Hewitt put Haughmond ahead early on only for James Pound to level for Rangers, who would have taken the championship with victory.
Phil Bates put Haughmond back in front just before the break, and Hewitt grabbed his second ten minutes from time.
Jamie Williams' late goal for Ellesmere ensured a frantic finish before Haughmond could lift the trophy.
"It was tense, but a fitting finale to decide the Premier Division champions," league chairman Norman Pryce told BBC Radio Shropshire.
The result earned Haughmond the double after their 4-1 win over Oakengates Athletic in the final of the Ron Jones Memorial Cup.
