Sinton is in his first full season in charge at Telford
AFC Telford United boss Andy Sinton believes mental strength will be key to his side progressing past Nuneaton in the Blue Square Bet North play-offs.
The Bucks, who finished second in the table, travel to Nuneaton on Tuesday before hosting Boro on Sunday.
"It's not about previous results," Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"It's about the 11 I name who start the game and cross that white line. It's about the team who're mentally strong, who can handle the game."
Telford have picked up four points against Nuneaton during the league season: "We respect Nuneaton, they're a good side, but we don't fear them," Sinton added.
Telford are hoping to make it back into the top flight of non-league football after the old club went out of business in 2005. Since then they have achieved two promotions through managers Bernard McNally and Rob Smith.
But Telford have suffered heartache in the play-offs recently after being knocked out in the semi-finals by Barrow and losing to Gateshead in the play-off final two seasons ago.
