Ebbsfleet's Clint Easton thinks title fight still open

Ebbsfleet defender Clint Easton thinks his side still have a chance of winning the Blue Square Bet South title.

Saturday's 4-0 win over St Albans was their third win in eight days to leave the Fleet seven points behind leaders Braintree with four games remaining.

"We've basically now got four cup finals," Easton told BBC Radio Kent.

"We need to make sure we make the play-offs and, if we win them all and Braintree slip up, you never know, we might win the title," added Easton.

"It's been a massive week because we did have a little dip.

"Instead of looking at the title, you're looking over your shoulder wondering if we're going to make the play-offs. But the last three wins have put us back in really good shape.

"All we've got to do now is win every game and see where it takes us."
