Stafford Rangers manager Tim Flowers has resigned less than three months into his first managerial role.
The ex-England keeper, 43, was in charge for 11 games, with his only win in the Staffordshire Senior Cup.
Coach Matt Elliott takes caretaker charge with Rangers second from bottom in the Blue Square Bet North.
A club statement read: "He confirmed his resignation in a telephone call to the chairman yesterday stating that he was not enjoying the job."
It added: "The board have reluctantly accepted his resignation."
