Sinton is still confident about Telford's promotion chase
AFC Telford were knocked off the top of the Blue Square Bet North after being held by struggling Stafford.
Telford were denied a penalty when Sean Kinsella seemed to handle on the line, Andy Brown scuffed his shot a yard from goal, and Carl Rodgers headed wide.
"It was very frustrating - we should have won the game with the play and the chances we had," Bucks boss Andy Sinton told BBC Radio Shropshire.
Guiseley leapfrogged Telford at the top after beating Harrogate 1-0.
The Yorkshire side are a point ahead of Telford, who in turn are one above Alfreton.
"We should have had a penalty - the players' reaction was immediate," Sinton added. "But we're not going to hide behind that.
"We looked not quite as fluent and energetic as we have been - but that's going to happen sometimes.
"We dust ourselves down and go again with confidence for Monday's game at Nuneaton."
