Paul Marshall has led Tadcaster Albion to their highest ever league position
Tadcaster Albion manager Paul Marshall is going all out for success in the FA Vase this season.
The club have reached the fourth round after beating Formby 3-2 and they will now play either Billingham Synthonia or Hereford side Westfields.
Marshall told BBC Radio York: "From the word go I've focussed on the Vase.
"As long as we can be competitive in all of our league games, I'm going to have a real go at the Vase. All the lads are behind me on that one."
Marshall is also aiming at a high placing in the Northern Counties East League Premier division after winning promotion last season from Division One.
The team spirit and commitment is the main thing. They never know when they're beaten

"I'd like to say we're going to finish in the top five now," he said.
"The start of the season I was thinking mid-table but now we've done so well and we're a very hard team to beat.
"We've only lost the one league game and that was in the 87th minute when we got beat at Selby so we're doing alright in the league.
"The team spirit and commitment is the main thing. They never know when they're beaten.
"For a club like Tadcaster, they've had all the bad luck over many years and it's nice to have a bit of good luck.
"It's lovely for a lot of the old supporters that have been there for years, and trawled around a lot of the North East Counties Division One. So it's nice for them as well."
