Blue Square Bet South side Woking have signed Brentwood Town defender Reiss Noel on non-contract terms.

The 21-year-old played against the Cards in the FA Cup this season for Ryman League side Brentwood.

The centre-back began his career at Southend, and has had spells at St Albans, Enfield, and Aveley before moving to Brentwood in October 2009.

But Noel will not be making an immediate debut as Tuesday's home game with Thurrock has been postponed.

Boss Graham Baker has needed cover for Alan Inns, who is set to go out on loan to get back to fitness after injury.
