Danks put Worcester ahead with his ninth goal of the season
Former Worcester midfielder Jordan Fitzpatrick cancelled out Mark Danks' opener and rescued a point for rivals Redditch with an injury-time strike.
Danks gave City a 25th-minute lead, reacting quickest to a rebound from Tom Thorley's free kick.
Worcester lost right-back Tom Evans to a red card ten minutes after the break and Reds substitute Jemiah Richards missed a penalty ten minutes from time.
And Fitzpatrick's 93rd-minute 25-yard drive earned Redditch a deserved draw.
