Boston & Gainsborough managers ready for FA Trophy tie
Boston joint-manager Paul Hurst and Gainsborough boss Brian Little have both spoken of their excitement at being paired together in the FA Trophy.
The Lincolnshire sides will meet in the third qualifying round at York Street on Saturday, 20 November.
Hurst told BBC Lincolnshire: "It's a tough tie and it should be a good crowd with both sides looking to progress."
Little said: "It's a big game, one both sets of players and fans will be up for and I'm sure it will be a decent tie."
He added: "Boston have been outstanding this season so it's a really tough game for us.
"Both sides might have liked an easier draw at this stage but there's a lot to play for, it's a great competition to be in and I'm sure it will be a close game because of the rivalry between the sides."
Hurst continued: "There's always a bit of rivalry between the two sets of fans and this is another chance for one set to claim the bragging rights. From our point of view we hope it's the Boston fans."
