AFC Telford are still unbeaten under Andy Sinton this season
AFC Telford were left frustrated by an Andy Brown penalty miss as they were held at home by Blyth Spartans.
Paul Brayson put Spartans ahead after a defensive mix-up on the half hour and five minutes later Brown had the chance to level but his spot kick was weak.
Brown redeemed himself with a second penalty after the break, and then Phil Trainer had an effort disallowed as the Bucks dominated.
"Another day we'd have put four or five away," said Telford boss Andy Sinton.
"Performance-wise we were superb - the players were fantastic, apart from putting it in the net," he told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"Today was just one of those games - but I think 2,000 people saw what we were about and clapped us off at the end."
