Fleetwood have handed a new deal to former Accrington captain Peter Cavanagh as they prepare for life in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
The 28-year-old was suspended for eight months in August 2009 for betting on Bury to beat Accrington when he was a Stanley player.
Cavanagh joined Town towards the end of last season, but did not play in the play-off final win over Alfreton.
He joins ex-Stanley team-mates Anthony Barry and Ian Craney at Fleetwood.
