Newly-appointed AFC Telford assistant manager Darren Read has praised the legacy left by ex-boss Rob Smith.
"Rob did a great job, and left a fantastic foundation for anyone to walk into," Andy Sinton's number two told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"They weren't a million miles away, and I believe we can build on what they did to challenge for promotion."
Read was brought in from Stafford as right-hand man to the former England winger Sinton.

They replaced Smith and his assistant Larry Chambers, who were sacked in April as Telford missed out on the Blue Square North play-offs.
