Two second-half goals from Elliot Sandy were enough to earn Oxford City a 2-1 win at Clevedon Town on Tuesday.
Elsewhere in the Southern League Premier Division Didcot Town lost 2-0 at Nuneaton while Brackley Town went down 2-1 at Merthyr Tydfil.
In Division One South and West, Abingdon United were beaten 4-0 by AFC Totton at Northcourt Road.
Neighbours North Leigh lost 2-1 at Cinderford as Matt Taylor was on target for the West Oxfordshire side.
