Telford loan striker Mark Beesley says he would be interested in a permanent move to the Bucks Head.
It comes after parent club Cambridge United confirmed they would not be renewing the 28-year-old's contract in the summer.
"The writing was on the wall. I'm not stupid, I knew it was going to happen," he told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"I like it at Telford, so I'll see what happens. We need to see who will be the manager first."
There has been mounting pressure on manager Rob Smith after the Bucks missed out on a play-off place in the Blue Square North.
Beesley scored just two goals for Cambridge before loan spells at Chester City and Telford.
