AFC Telford United secured a Boxing Day win over local rivals Stafford Rangers in the Blue Square North by beating them 2-1 at the Bucks Head.
Levi Reid put the visitors in front inside the first five minutes, firing in from a tight angle.
Liam Blakeman levelled the score for Telford with a strike midway through the first half.
Shrewsbury loanee Andre Gray secured the victory for Telford three minutes before the end of the 90 minutes.
The win means Telford, who travel to third-placed Hinckley on Monday, remain ninth in the Blue Square North.
Bucks manager Rob Smith told BBC Radio Shropshire: "It's the Christmas present we wanted. I'm glad we sent the fans home happy."
