Worcester City remain bottom of the Blue Square South after their fourth defeat of the season at Weymouth.
The Terras raced into a first-half lead through Jake Reid and Matt Cooper before Marco Adaggio scored a second-half penalty for City.
City boss Richard Dryden told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "The first half was an absolute disgrace.
"The work-rate was nowhere near and I had to change it as quickly as I could but, by that stage, we were 2-0 down."
