Whild has taken Redditch to two promotions.

Redditch United manager Gary Whild says he will be looking at his future with the clubs after a fourth league defeat.

The Reds were beaten at home by Stafford Rangers despite leading at one time, and are without a point in Blue Square North.

"I will think about it for the next 24 hours and take it from there," Whild told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"I have to look at myself, do I have the enthusiasm to do what I have done three or four times in the past."

He added: "To be fair to the players I have to sort that out first, before I start getting on their case.

Whild, who is also a director of the club, would not be drawn on his future plan and whether he would give up as manager

"I think for the club to do what it's done at this level and survive, then you have to look at different scenarios.

"I have looked at the team over four games and we need to bring players in and at the moment I haven't got enough winners round me.

"I have to bring in new players, but whether I want to do that, I have to way that up first and foremost.

"You have to take on board where we are are as a football club.

"I have had a lot of success, two promotions, won cups, and I think the other success is staying in the league, against all the odds

"And I have to be honest and say from my point of view I can't keep pulling rabbits out of the hat, brining players in and seeing them go to other clubs.

"It is frustrating, and for a bit of as cliche you can only go to the well so many times and in the end it runs dry.

"There are some great people here behind the scenes, but do people know the full story and maybe it will take something a bit more drastic to get them to come to the party.

"We have a massive long season ahead of us, and have I got the enthusiasm to do that?"
