Fleetwood Town have signed former Blackburn, Aston Villa and Blackpool defender Alan Wright.
The 37-year-old, who won the Premier League title with Rovers in 1995, has joined the Blue Square North side after nearly two seasons with Cheltenham.
"Alan is a quality signing for us and has undoubted talent," said Fleetwood manager Micky Mellon.
"He has a vast amount of experience and has played consistently well at the top level for a long part of his career.
Wright began his career with Blackpool in 1989, before moving to neighbours Blackburn for £400,000 two years later.
He also spent eight years with Aston Villa, making over 330 appearances, as well as picking up two England under-21 caps
"Alan immediately picked up on the ambition at Highbury and commented he's delighted to join a forward-moving club," said Mellon.
"I cannot stress just how big a signing this is for Fleetwood."
