Oxford City's hopes of reaching the play-offs in the Southern Premier League took a huge dent with a 2-1 defeat at near-neighbours Brackley.
However, Didcot have secured their place in the Division One South & West play-offs with a 0-0 draw at Thatcham.
Meanhwhile, Oxford United beat Banbury United at the Kassam Stadium to win the Oxfordshire Senior Cup.
Eddie Hutchinson opened the scoring for the U's in the 2-1 win which was watched by manager Chris Wilder.
